Huge shoutout to my coach @samredman , he knows his stuff. Big thanks to @hellhound_gym for providing the iron temple to train at. And an even bigger thanks to my support @autumngore94 . She put up will all my crap the last 12 weeks. She’s the one who deserves all the medals.
